Canon Inkjet Printers: An introduction to printing for digital camera users
This three-hour session will open you to the possibilities of printing. For just $59 you’ll learn about different types of affordable desktop printers and how easy printing can be with Canon software. Capturing great moments with your camera is one skill to master as a photographer, but how you share, print and frame these photos is key to improving your final product.
We will also teach how to improve the quality of your images with simple in-camera settings, before you even print. In addition, Canon experts will show you how easy it is to incorporate photos into everyday projects—like making stationary for Microsoft Word documents, making poster sized prints for framing, and even designing personal photo books yourself. Topics include:
• The Printer Guide:
Gain a full understanding of the basic differences between printers and how the features impact the way your images prints.
• Software Overview:
Discover Canon printing software options from the simple to the complex. Live demonstrations of the Canon software will help you determine which one is right for your needs. Great prints don’t have to be difficult!
• Paper Types:
Learn the various types and applications of printing paper, how to adjust your printer for specific papers like glossy and matte. We will explore the possibilities beyond simple prints like personalized calendars and photo albums.
What you will gain from the course:
• Master the basic ways to print digital images in multiple media
• How to print more than a 4x6 photo easily with Canon—moving towards cards, photo books, stationary, calendars, etc.
• Experience live demos on Canon’s newest printing software

• Intimate class size of 16 students ensures personal attention and quality time with the instructor
