The Kingsbury family presents a film by Mark Kirkland. This is an epic WWII survival story of 1st Lt Robert "Bud" Kingsbury. On a mission over the Mediterranean, B-17 pilot, 1st Lt Robert "Bud" Kingsbury, and his crew were shot down. Kingsbury survived by swimming 32-hours to the Italian shore and then spent 20 months as a POW in the infamous German prison camp Stalag Luft III. After years of suffering from sole survivor's guilt and PTSD, he finally found a road to healing and reconciliation.
